Tick-tock, tick-tock. Waiting and waiting, which we all know is super hard when you are excited.
USPS and UPS (and FedEx) are so unpredictable. The mail can come any time from 1:30pm to 5:30pm. UPS comes anywhere from 10am to 8:30pm. It’s madness I tell you!
And I have too much fun stuff coming in the mail today. Bluetooth Body Fat Scale, Battery Charging Phone Case, Wireless Security Camera, Portable DVD Player.. and more.
All of which you will see reviews on over the next few days.
So as I sit here waiting for USPS and UPS, I carelessly watch the kids trash the house.
Real talk – I’m so not going to act like my house is always clean and my kids always behave, because it’s not, and they don’t.
Day after day I’m constantly running around behind my kids, frustrated, trying to pick up as fast as they are pulling stuff out.
Over the last couple days, I’ve learned not to care.
It going to happen, daily, and it’s not worth my frustration anymore.
I will clean twice today. At naptime and before bed.
Until those times, everyone have fun wading through the sea of barbies, play kitchen food, and other assorted toys, all of which I will need about an hour and a snow shovel to clean up.
Because look, as long as my kids don’t hit each other, don’t pull hair, don’t throw toys, don’t scream, and don’t sit on their chairs on top of the coffee table, we’ll be just fine.
So go on, trash the house. Dump out every bin we have. (Don’t worry, they’re working on it.)
“Let it go, Let it goooooo..”
